Woman Deep In Thought

Anxiety, Depression and Emotional Wellbeing

Anxiety and depression can affect people at any stage of life, often making everyday tasks feel more difficult than they once did. Anxiety can take many different forms. For some people it may involve persistent worry or overthinking, while for others it may present as panic attacks, obsessive or intrusive thoughts, fears around separation, trauma-related symptoms, or avoiding situations that feel overwhelming. Depression may leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or simply not like yourself.

You may benefit from support if you're experiencing:

  • Persistent worry or overthinking

  • Panic attacks or feeling constantly on edge

  • Intrusive or obsessive thoughts

  • Avoiding situations because they feel overwhelming

  • Difficulty separating from loved ones

  • Trauma-related symptoms

  • Feeling emotionally exhausted or burnt out

  • Low mood or loss of motivation

  • Difficulty managing stress or life transitions

  • Low self-esteem or loss of confidence

  • Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward

How we can work together

Anxiety and depression can leave us feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to understand or change on our own. My aim is to provide a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood and supported, while we work together to better understand what may be contributing to your current difficulties.

Together, we'll take the time to explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, deepen your understanding of the emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. Alongside developing greater self-awareness, we'll also build practical skills and strategies to help you respond differently to life's challenges with greater confidence, flexibility and self-compassion.
